"Overall the room is clean, location is closed to Lotte and beach. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed. And it was a bit difficult to contact the May Homestay office, those rental agents are located at the front shops, however, you won't find May Homestay and they won't answer my call because of foreign number, lucky I go with my local friend and he ends up using Zalo (VN communication apps) to get in touch and know where exactly is their office located. "This is one of the worst room I stayed in. Room is dirty, pillows smells like sweat, washroom is moldy. Worst than a 2star hotel. I stayed at this property last year under a different rental and it was clean. The building is new but this room seems like it’s been neglected from cleaning. Management staffs couldn’t care less about the cleanliness of the room, they’re there just to collect the fees. "

"The building and surrounding grounds were very dirty and grimy. There were no amenities whatsoever. My room was fairly clean, but old and run-down. However, the upside was that it was very close to the beach, which was nice."
