The room we had on the 4th floor was extremely spacious and clean. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The only downside is there was no elevator so we had to walk up for flights of stairs. However we did get really good exercise 😊. We would 100% stay here again. I don’t know if I mentioned how clean it was… But you’re really gonna appreciate it when you’re in Coron town proper. "

"Overall my stay was great. Housekeeping was unusual- some days no towels, others no shower cap etc so I was on the phone each day for some things. One day we had no hot water in the shower so this had to be addressed as well "

"We had a room with balcony and a pool view that is clean and quiet. Staff are amazing! They go above and beyond with services provided. Staff even give us a courtesy call in making sure that we'll not miss breakfast 30 mins before it ends. Food served at breakfast are all 10/10 in taste, cleanliness, and presentation. They are also fast and efficient with room service such as housekeeping, towel change, and collecting garbage upon request. There's 2 wide pools, the widest pool is kid friendly and lifeguard is present at all times. Staff always smile and greet you at anytime time of the day. I am thankful and grateful for Sandra, Anita, Mj, and all staff at Fernvale!"
