"Spectacular place! Spent 4 nights here and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly from the front desk, concierge, front door, & drivers. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful hotel. This gem above the city of Zurich is a tranquil retreat surrounded by lush forest. The spa and restaurants are amazing!
