"this property was unable to accommodate the large dance convention, with thousands of kids and parents as well as other guests. Trying to get service of any kind was a legitimate problem. Not worth it. Food was very expensive and the service was horrible. "

"I will start with the positive and say the bed was comfy and staff in the lobby was fine. Now the negative. Bathroom was not clean to my standards. There was a smear of blood near the light switch near the toilet, there was scum on the mat in the bathtub meaning it hasn't not been moved and cleaned in some time. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and our bed was never fixed. Every last vending machine on site did not work."

"The staff was unprofessional about letting me know that there was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned beforehand. The place is surrounded by unhygienic people who are living on the streets leaving out all of their tents and clothing and other miscellaneous trash everywhere. I felt unsafe. The window wasn't even locked. I will never stay at a Ramada/ Wyndham Hotel again. Ever."

I found the property to be clean, and while I experienced a couple of issues of safety that had me at edged. The main concern happened during check-in. I had reserved a two-bedroom room, but when I arrived, I was assigned a one-bedroom instead. Once I entered the room, I quickly realized it was already occupied because there were personal belongings in the closet belonging to another guest. That honestly made me very uncomfortable. While I understand mistakes can happen, situations like this are serious because it means someone could accidentally walk into an occupied room. I could have walked in while someone was sleeping or resting, and the same could have happened to me during my stay. After that incident, my experience was fairly average—nothing particularly impressive, but nothing terrible either. I live far away and occasionally need a place to stay because I work near hospitals in San Diego County, so convenience is important for me when choosing a hotel. so I don’t believe I’ll be coming back as safety is a big issue for me."
