We had an excellent experience during our stay. Something that really stood out was the staff. Especially J.J., he was very personable and friendly. Him and the rest of the staff went above and beyond. The room was a good size and they kept it extremely clean. Absolutely would stay here again!

This is a wonderful place and I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone was amazing, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Sliema and close to everything, including the ferry to Valletta, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I also loved that they offered complimentary coffee in the morning, and it was very good. The hospitality was outstanding throughout my stay. I even left my jacket behind, and they kindly offered to help ship it back to the United States. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Great location, excellent service, and genuinely wonderful people!

The front desk staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, the room was not very clean, as I found stains and hair on the bathroom wall. Housekeeping took nearly two hours and three phone calls to deliver bath towels. The wall-mounted A/C worked but was very noisy. Personally, I would not stay here again. However, if those inconveniences don’t bother you, it may still be a good place to stay.

The property overall was good and I really liked having breakfast and dinner along with drinks in property, very convenient! My main concern and issue with the property was the WiFi, it did not work in certain areas of the room including in bed so doing work from my laptop was almost impossible.
