My room had stains on the bed, on the walls, around the bathroom. They used this really strong chemical pesticide for the roaches (gross) that smelled so bad of chemicals. They masked the smell with perfumed aerosols and it was even worse! If you're prone to headaches or allergic to perfumes, be warned. It was so bad I asked for a partial refund so I could...

"It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay .
