"We paid (budget) and that's what we got. Not shaming the property, but just want to highlight here so everyone is aware. The hotel is old, decor and feeling is early 80s The room was not clean, you can see stains everywhere. Bathroom has a bathtub, but no standing shower - so, when you shower, the entire toilet gets wet. Location is good, facing the sea. Staff service is very limited. English is limited."

"My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jejuโ€™s natural scenery. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessโ€”every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
