"The room was nice, we could see the sea of Cortez and the Plaza from our window. Staff was great. One thing to keep in mind on holidays, like spring break or other big holidays the plaza can be pretty noisy with bands playing late into the night and it is pretty noisy in the rooms. Probably why they give one set of ear plugs. I also reserved a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens, so when you check in confirm your bed choice. We were unable to change because they didn't have any king beds left. Also the restaurant and bar were under remodeling for a month. Not a big issue but we should have been informed. Pleasant hotel with great location to the plaza area. "

"The hotel was very excellent many activities to keep me and my children entertained and we definitely enjoyed it the food was awsome and the rooms were clean and had a nice view all the staff their were kind and helpful we made many memories!"

"Really beautiful historic hotel in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. Super walkable and the only n sight parking was invaluable. We arrived during a festival with closed roads and chaos and hotel staff went above and beyond to help us!"

"Nice pool area. Some people put down towels early to reserve. Staff will move if they don’t come back within an hour. Staff we friendly and helpful. Food was great. Service was great. They try to get you to join the club, but are not too pushy if you tell them up front you don’t want to join. Non-smoking resort. Only place to smoke was a smoking area near the front gate. "

"This hotel was 10/10 for us! It's so calm and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond, and they are so kind. The pools are amazing. You're right next to the beach as well. I went with my young adult kids and they loved it as well. It's a beautiful hotel. It's immaculately clean and right across the street there are several places to eat and shop as well as the restaurants on site. Would definitely go back highly recommend it!! "
