"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and we love the peaceful location by the water and it being the “back of the house” in Sound a Music. It now has a bar in it too! It’s 1-2 miles to old town, but we didn’t mind a walk or uber. Would definitely stay again!"

"A really stylish hotel in the perfect location - two mins walk to the old town but round the corner so nowhere near as busy or touristy. Room was big and well decorated - and love the fact it was an old school key and door lock. Internet was terrible. But the Italian restaurant by the hotel was an absolute gem. 100% recommend. "
"Excellent breakfast. Very professional and helpful staff in the dining area at breakfast, especially Brigitte, Karina and Daniel went out of their way to help us when needed.
The receptionist staff was also very helpful and the check in and out process was very fast and smooth.
The bed was very comfortable as well. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with everything. If we return to Salzburg we will definitely book this hotel again."
