"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay. "We stayed in the Villa so we really didnt have any interaction with the staff, other than at check in. The Villa is nice and cozy and very much right in the heart of downtown. Room was clean but could use some touch ups. Not complaining, just an observation. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the weekend. Def recommend the Villa!"

"The reason this hotel stands out is because it was just totally refurbished. You can still smell the new paint in my room. Apparently the Spark brand buys older hotels and then modernizes them up and redoes them. "
