"The price is absolutely worth what you get. The bathrooms are more than comfortable, and the bar was a lot of fun. The server, she was amazing. I can’t remember her name, but she was from India and had such sweet energy and good vibes. The front desk staff were also incredible, so accommodating and easy to deal with. For what you pay, the value is 100% there. There are a couple of places to eat just down the road, and it’s very easy to get to from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Not to mention, they offer a 24-hour shuttle and have on-site laundry, which makes a huge difference when you’re traveling"

"Friendly courteous staff. Room was new modern and spotless. Towels could be softer and perhaps offer pickup from the train station. If you do I just missed it. Offer pickup when someone is making the reservation? A room microwave would be a bonus! Not here long enough to have an opinion on other services but appreciate the luggage storage option. "

"The room was spotless. Great location and value for money. But what stands out most is the staff. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and lovely. What you might expect at a small privately owned hotel, not a large city hotel. Well will be back."

"Staying in Fairmont was such a fairy tale. We got a beautiful room with amazing view. Library bar food was delicious. Overall, hospitality was awesome. Only thing that was disappointed that was parking, it should be a part of stay at no additional cost. Also, there was no instructions mentioned if a person is parking his/her own car, not by valet."

"Really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and had everything we needed. Shower was a bit tricky but managed to use hand held. Stsff were very accommodating, unfortunately garage entrance to hotel didnt open twice- had to walk around. Parking provided hours after we checked out, very thankful! "
