"The hotel was wonderful.Free laundry room with all supplies needed.The room was large.Buffet was excellent.They do not serve dinner but there are great restaurants a few steps away.Also a 7-11 and Starbucks across the street.It was perfect.Subway station right there.When you call Didi they were there in 2 minutes.A short ride to most historic sites."

"Make sure and pay for the daily breakfast. The buffet has an extraordinary selection and the food is tasty. Every nationality will find food that caters to their taste buds, and it is very affordable. The property is beautiful and luxurious. The live floral arrangements are sumptuous. The rooms are quiet; sound from the hallways doesn't enter the room. The location is very central to The Forbidden Kingdom and Tiananmen Square: we walked to both. It is also steps away from the mass transit system. In addition, there are hundreds of stores very close, located in malls and stand-alone shops. A pedestrian mall is about a block away. It has even more idiosyncratic shops there. Close to eating options also. Quiet streets are outside so no city noise intrudes into the rooms. I can't imagine needing more than this hotel provided to us on our 4 day stay."

"Scott, Cecilia, Devin, George and Simon were all helpful during our week long stay. They helped with transportation, attraction tickets and suggestions on places to eat and shop. Definitely made our stay great and we would definitely return. They made our stay a wonderful experience. Very pleasant and accommodating."

"The hotel staff was professional, courteous, and helpful with transport and destination advice. The breakfast buffet offers scrumptious dishes to cater to both Eastern and Western palates. We enjoyed our breakfast during our stay; it gave us a great start to the day and allowed us the flexibility to eat out at local restaurants. And the hotel is within walking distance of a few historical and cultural places, and shopping areas. Just be ready to walk, a lot of walking, which was good and carved up a good appetite for more food."

"Hotel does not have a lobby area. You enter directly to the Restaurant which is located between stores. Feels like a food court in a mall. Rooms are very large which is nice and very comfy. Bathroom spacious and nice. Hallways to the rooms are old and do need tlc and smell funny. Food was not very good to be honest. We ordered room service, a millefeuille as part of the order and we got a funny looking cake with fruits inside (weird)… Breakfast had many options but not very tasty, lots of asian options. Nice selection for kiddos though with Paddington as a theme. Very well located. In short it is a nice hotel, not wow, its run down but ok. If you want wow this is NOT it. Staff is nice but thats it."
