The beach was fine beautiful white sand . We had a great time . The manager was very accomodating and arranged all are taxis and transfers . Great trip."

"Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!"

"El hotel en sí es precioso. La piscina es una de las mejores que hemos visto por Zanzibar y el hotel es grande y las instalaciones son amplias y muy cuidadas. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando nada más llegar, hay un cartel dando la bienvenida en italiano (debajo en inglés, en pequeño, cuando todos los hoteles es todo en inglés). Desde el recepcionista, hasta quien limpia, quien atiende en los bares, restaurantes, en la tienda de souvenirs del hotel y quien vigila habla italiano. Tienen un acuerdo...

Wasser warm und sauber, baden kann man am besten bei Flut. In der Nähe liegt Paje, bekannt für Kitesurfen und the Rock. Wenige Touristen, man hat seine Ruhe. Ein paar Einheimische spielen abends Fußball am Strand, tagsüber ernten Frauen Algen bei Ebbe. Zimmer und Küche sauber, Frühstück solide (Obst, Eier, Pfannkuchen). Personal freundlich, Management...

"We had a lovely stay at the Baraza Resort. Although the beach, villa and food were top notch, it is the staff that deserve six stars! The entire staff are so wonderful and cater to your every need. This was the perfect stop after 8 days of Safari before our long journey home. I can’t recommend the hotel more highly. We also enjoyed the spa which was fabulous."
