"The area of the hotel was clean and friendly. In my room I had no washcloths or hand towels. No phone and couldn’t figure out how to request them.(Didn’t want to redress to go to the desk.)"

"Staff was not at all helpful for early check in even though there were few check outs happened in front of me. Sent a message to the hotel a week earlier that my flight will be in prior to the check in time (3pm local time) still no consideration. Buffet that I opted in was good so was 2 stars."
