"We stayed there for four days. The heaters were not working, I got almost sick. And the customer service was awful. I hope you will find better place to stay"

"Someone at the property had to let me in and text the property manager to send me my check in information. The front door barely closes, the pillows thinner than plywood and feel about as comfortable. Feels like a halfway house. "

"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "
