"Warm and helpful welcome. Attic room is up three flights of stairs, no lift. Location is easy to find, close by a good retail park and ten minutes walk to the seafront. Room was very small with a small chair, but the bed was comfortable with nice bedding and everything was spotlessly clean. Windows opened fully which was nice, there was a fan provided but no air conditioning. After a good nights sleep shower was good with shampoo and conditioner provided. Yes coffee and kettle also on...
