The staff was very nice especially the doormans and bell boys. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel was only a 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and close to lots of restaurants include and Michelin guide pho restaurant. It was also walking distant to the mall. Hotel was clean. I didnt give it a 5 star because we booked 8 rooms total, 3 standard room without a window and 5 rooms with a window but we were only give 4 rooms with the window. We arrive early to the hotel at 8am, but only 1 room was ready at 2pm during our check in time and the rest of the rooms were not ready for another hour after our check in.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was newly updated. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the noise from the hallway was very loud. I was woken up in the middle of the night from some noise in the hallway. The staff was friendly but was not able to assist with getting a SIM card. I ended up going to a nearby hotel and they helped me there.

"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes!
