At check-in, the front desk attendant noticed I was visiting from Canada and asked what brought me over. When I mentioned it was my birthday, Sophie or Sofie at the front desk immediately wished me a happy birthday and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I was indecisive between my two options, she kindly offered both as a birthday gesture. She also allowed me to park for free in their Diamond parking spot and took the time to recommend nearby places to grab a drink or a bite to eat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging, which made the experience feel warm and personal rather than transactional. While it being my birthday certainly helped set the tone, the level of hospitality stood out regardless. The thoughtful gestures turned what could have been a standard check-in into a memorable experience, and I would happily stay here again."
