"Everything was wonderful, except the hostess at the roof top restaurant refused to let us have dinner because the surfers were coming and there woukd not be any room for us. It was my Birthday and we were celebrating with our daughter and granddaughter, we felt so dismissed and she basically told us to go the bar and order there. We noticed she allowing othes into the dining area and bringing them blankets. My husband is a dialysis patient and was cold, so we ordered chicken wings and headed back to our room early. The front desk was very helpful the forgot to give the breakfast tickets, but they call us later that evening for us to pick them up. Please note we loved the hotel and cleaning staff does an amazing job. Thank you"

"This was exactly what I needed. The location was the best-- right on the beach, adjacent to the pier. I spent each morning on the beach, each afternoon exploring the area, and every evening walk to a nearby restaurant. The amenities were so convenient. The staff was just lovely. Arnold made my day each time we saw him. It felt like I was being greeted by an old friend who was so happy to see me. We'll definitely be back."
