"This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and reasonable rates. A quick walk to the water and Lobster Pound is 2 doors down. This is a great home base if you like to be able to walk around. There is not much need to drive with so much in walking distance. We definitely stay here a 3rd time when we come back to the area. Also, they offer a quick and simply continental breakfast; coffee, tea, juice and yogurts, cereal, breads and pastries."

"The rooms and property were as advertised. As we were there during the off season, it was very quiet and peaceful. The property was close enough to walk to a different dining option each evening. The one "disappointing" factor was that the breakfast offered was noted as "buffet breakfast." Our own assessment is that it was actually a continental breakfast as there was no hot food served nor eggs. The plus side to the breakfast was that the breakfast attendant actually made the muffins fresh in the oven, so you knew they were as fresh as they could be! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay at this property again if the opportunity presented itself."

"Beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement face à la mer, les chaises de plage, parasol, serviettes de plage et vélos gratuits. Bouteilles d’eau tous les jours sur demande et plusieurs choix de cafés offerts en tout temps. Petit frigidaire disponible sur demande. Moins aimé notre chambre au 1er étage qui donne sur le stationnement, qui nécessite beaucoup d’amélioration. Les murs sont à repeindre, odeur de renfermé, toile d’araignée dans la salle de bain, très sombre (manque d’éclairage), aucun rangement."

"We had a great stay - wonderful weather and hardly anyone there! The hotel is charmfully historic and the rooms were cute. Everything was well maintained. Staff were inconsistent - some very helpful, others... The pool and the view from the pool - amazing!!! The beach was not. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
