"Clean facilities. Adequate size room for three. Sounds of the streets and music from pubs but all quiet after 10:00 PM. Parking is a bit of a pain if you arrive late in the day."

"After having stayed in 9 different hotels during our travels, House 15 was by far the best. The rooms were large, bathroom shower was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. For Americans they had a flat sheet and washcloths, major plus!!!"
Dunmore House Hotel

"Had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Dunmore House. The room, was very nice, spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower room was modern and spacious, the towels soft and thick. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We also ate one night in the Adrift restaurant, it was really good!! Although we hadn’t booked a sea view, as no rooms were available, we did have views of the sea from our room, though slightly restricted as a side facing window. Being able to look out at the sea from our bed was an unexpected bonus. Can’t wait to return!"
Clonakilty Park Hotel

"Very pleasant lady on reception who allowed us to check in a little early. Large room with a fridge (always a good find these days!). Quite warm in the room but slept fine. One of our windows had condensation between the double glassing. Shallow bath but useable. Table and chairs, tea and coffee and television. Easy parking and about two-three minutes drive to town (where we had a great pizza). Very children friendly. Restaurant on site and leisure centre."

"A boutique hotel with a great restaurant attached (Caseys) run by a family who are great innkeepers. They own a farm about 1/2 mile away which raises a rare breed of pigs so all of the pork entrees were great. They also own and run No. 35, the top rated restaurant in Kenmare. My wife commented that this was the best hotel she’d ever stayed in, not because of the outside, but because of the staff on the inside."
