"The 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, however the apartment showed numerous signs of wear and tear. Needed to be painted terribly. Bad odor from not being thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. Doors, kitchen cabinet doors, etc. were covered in grime. With some good old fashioned cleaning and painting, this place could be awesome. "

You are rarely disappointed with hotels run by Jumeirah. Al Qasr is my favourite out of all of them - amazing surroundings and superb service. It is expensive but worth every penny!

10/10 Excellent
The Zabeel House by Jumeirah The Greens, stands out for its exceptional service. From the porters and front desk staff to the housekeeping and restaurant personnel, every member of the team demonstrates a commitment to providing guests with an outstanding experience.
We would like to particularly commend Amit, a staff member at the Social Company restaurant. His polite and hardworking nature was evident from the moment he served us, even before the restaurant was fully prepared for the day.
