Grand Millennium Business Bay
Pool was closed that was not posted when I booked the hotel. I asked for a wake up call and no one called and woke me up.

Incredible service. Room spotless and all staff couldn't do enough for you. Facilitates brilliant with pool area ans waterpark major highlight. Will definitely be back next year if poss and highly recommend
