The hotel location was really convenient, we could walk everywhere without using the public transport. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really lovely, with a variety of choices (my personal favorite were the pancakes with scrambled eggs). The room was clean, bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed.

Tight parking

The staff was great. The breakfest was terrific. The pillows are hard, so it made sleeping a little difficult. There are no temp controls in the room, so we had to sleep with the windows open and it's on a busy street, so be aware. Parking was sooo tight, that I had to decline, so don't depend on that...the great news is that they helped me find alternative parking, which was super nice of them.

The room and the bathroom were small but this is normal for London. The reception is open for 24 hours. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, but you can buy beverages and food at the reception for a good price. The hotel is very near to Kings Cross underground. Nearby there are many restaurants and some pubs.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful! Hotel is in a safe neighborhood with parking available. Only 3 spots though so need to reserve. Also Parking on street free from 19-7 but then 4 euros per hour. 15-20 min walk to Stephen’s Green or bus stop nearby. Various restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Street gets quiet at night. But walls in rooms were not soundproof which can be annoying depending on what neighbors you get.

I ended up staying in the rooms built into a more modern building in the back garden. The room was grand, clean and fine but the issue is the building itself is poorly built and lacks sound insulation. I was woken one night around 2 in the morning by the people upstairs Snoring. The building lacks enough insulation to allow for a quiet nights sleep. I would most likely not stay there again.

Staff were very nice, rooms clean, and excellent location. It is an old building so the walls are thin. We had an unfortunate incident with the room next to us but the night manager was responsive and did his best, just not the restful Night sleep you need your first night in Dublin. Great breakfast, too.
