Bus to old town is just down the street, 20 minute walk to a nice big pebble beach, and a 20 minute walk to the airport transit bus. Wifi is questionable at times but overall a great place to stay. And the lady who I dealt with for check in and checkout was very helpful! Great customer service!

Very comfortable room in a quiet residential street, less than 10 mins walk from Sunset Beach and restaurants. The room was newly decorated with a super-comfortable bed. Nice large shower room. Little extras like beach towels and a pod coffee maker in the room made it special.

Room is underground with a light well. Well decorated, and the shower was amazing. Everything you need and close to public transport if you're going out a lot. Look out for the super friendly ginger cat upstairs. It greeted us every time we came back, but knew to stay upstairs where it lives :)

Great place for a couple of nights visiting Dubrovnik. Is a bit out of town but is closer to the beaches and the port if catching a ferry. The bus network is so easy to use and is actually free with a city pass. The room itself was immaculately clean and had all the facilities you’d want. Plus a mini-mart downstairs in the building that was really well stocked. No complaints at all. Would 100% choose it again.

I agree with the other reviews, a clean well finished room in a basement suite sharing a small lounge. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Grocery store right next door and the location is central to most of the attractions in Dubrovnik with a good local bus service.
