"I feel that Marriott is moving in the wrong direction. Check in was fine. She was very personable. Received a downstairs room I asked for. Got to building 2 where are room was. Got a luggage cart, Flat tire. Didn’t realize until I loaded luggage. What a pain. Got in the room. TV remote control didn’t work. A very nice person came with new batteries. . to the right side of the TV and desk a huge cap of nothing. Plenty of room for a table and chairs. Two people in the room one place to put your suitcase. The other put on the floor. Again not good. Now back to the luggage cart. When I returned the cart I saw an Inn. I told him that the luggage cart had a flat tire. Boy did he throw Marriott under the bus. “Nothing I can do about it they don’t give us any money to repair these thing”. One more thing on the luggage cart. I called the front desk about it and she made it sound like I should have dragged it back to the lobby from building 2. I expect to hear back from someone at the Marriott. Not Fairfield Marriott mangement. "

"Beautiful view! Great breakfast at the diner. Easy and free parking. And great location!"

"Such a beautiful hotel and pool. Breakfast was not great quality and the room was very small, not even queen sized beds and no room to unpack. Also, no other meals or cafe provided. But beautiful surroundings."

"The only issue was that there was no stores around, but that was on us since we didn’t do our research, but overall it was amazing and I would love to come visit again, but we would bring snacks and maybe food!"

"Absolutely gorgeous lodge with beautiful view and very close to entrance of zion national park, we didn't even wait for the shuttle for the park, though it was 2 mins walking from the lodge . So many places to shop and dine near by. Super clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast grab and go was superb idea, would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Zion. "
