"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.

"Im mot sure why hotels in the uk dont provide wash cloths in the bathroom. I guess im just used to hamptons in the states. This one had no fridge, no complimentary water, no ice machine. We were told our room was upgraded to a handicapped accessible room. Lol. Not sure if thats an upgrade, but thats what we got. Breakfast was always good. And the bar was a nice touch.
