The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it. "

We asked the staff if it was possible to check us in the same room so that we didn't have to pack and move to another room. The hotel was very accommodating and was able to help us with our request!
