"The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed except for a microwave. There was one in the lobby. I do wish that you could use a pool and a hot tub if you weren't using the water park. However for a hotel stay and not needing the water park it was a very nice room."

"Breakfast menu was standard continental fare. Room was clean but dated- carpeting is worn. Bedding was very light and wrinkled- wondered if it in fact had been cleaned from prior stay. No extra blankets in room. Basic amenities with no frills. "

"Good location but poorly managed. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent. I had to ask multiple staff at the front desk several times to have housekeeping clean after no service for days, then maybe two days out of six, despite a promise of daily housekeeping. Of the two days when service was provided, one was adequate and one was poor. "

"Overall ok for the price. Toilet clogged but fixed quickly. No breakfast included. Wifi is not secured. "

"This is our second time. We came back because we thought it was good previous time with friendly staff. It was a lot quieter but this was a busy weekend with families of young children in town. That's when I realized how bad the acoustics was at the hotel. I could hear the noise from the very rowdy occupants above our room. There was the repeated noise from some people jumping up and down on the floor and running around. And it was past 9 pm. I called front desk a couple of times and they said they will investigate but the noise kept going. They should have put families with young children on the GF. There are only two floors to the hotel. Previous stay, we were on the 2/f. I do love that it's no pets and no smoking hotel."
