"The helpful staff made check in easy. We had a dining reservation and highly recommend doing so anywhere you stay in the UK as they tend to plan food orders by the bookings made. The food served for dinner at the restaurant was just okay."

"On the downside the menu did not change on a daily basis . The height of the bath was almost impossible to get in and out. The staff were very nice , chatty and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel for short stays."

"I was given a warm welcome by a woman at reception whilst checking in. Clear directions to the room were given. I used the bar later in the evening and had excellent service from the bar staff. Checking out was effortless and although I wasn't having breakfast, I was offered a free coffee by the same female receptionist, which I declined. My room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, basic toilet but again so clean."
