"I recommend upgrading to a superior room for a much more luxurious space and nice view. I had a lovely room and excellent view of the front lawn. My friend who had a regular room had an okay room with a view of the back parking lot! It’s a beautiful historic property and stunning location on the river, so might as well make the most of your stay! Don’t expect much from the “spa” treatment. "The hotel was in a very convenient location, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. After a day of bad weather, I was completely exhausted, so I ordered takeout from the Indian restaurant on the ground floor—it was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful, and their kindness was truly comforting. Thank you! I can confidently recommend this hotel."
"The facility was lovely, the staff, friendly and professional. Our room was just right. It was all very pleasant and we would certainly stay here again."
"Beautiful grounds and well worth a stay. Very good breakfast"
"Quiet, clean rooms, convenient for the town centre. Fresh, well-staffed breakfast. Exceeded expectations."
"No issues with this amazing place, host so helpful and available anytime, couldn't fault it in anyway, would recommend 100%"
