"This was a gorgeous room and really lovely property. The village is very cute, the staff was extremely friendly and gave lots of suggestions. The room was clean and the bathtub is both functional and decorative. I’m glad there was a stand up shower as well that was separate from the tub. It was extremely quiet and felt like a tiny house. The downstairs area was a tiny living room and felt like home. Absolutely loved this room and would gladly stay here again!"

"Friendly staff … great location to train stations. Area around the hotel well maintained."

"Free parking at 200m and buses to Amsterdam every 15 minutes from bus stop 3 mins walk from the hotel. Rooms were great with decent breakfast!"

"Amazing experience at a beautiful hotel and town. It is a little outside of Amsterdam but is a convenient town with eateries, cafes, pharmacy, electric charging stations, and close to the windmills. Worth the drive to the chill atmosphere of Middenbeemster. Would recommend!"

Initially there was no concierge in sight and we used a computer to tap in our information and get our room and cards. The...

"Really great place to stay, I really liked the place, room is as described! Really close to Zaan Schans and Zaandam and easily accessible to Amsterdam! Highly recommended if you want to stay a bit further from Amsterdam!"

"Not the nicest looking place, no restaurant, and no breakfast, scrappy from the outside, but room was ok for the price"

"Nice staff, clean rooms"

"The room is nice , I love the ambiance. However there were bed bugs and we left with marks on our skin. I was asked about my stay, and told the guy at the reception that there were bed bugs. He didn’t apologise and only said thank you staying. The location is very loud too as there are clubs downstairs."
