We had breakfast included, and it was a nice touch, with very good quality. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it."

I was abit sceptical because of the huge discounts and it was also my first time booking using the Wotif app. But the place looked so clean and luxurious! "Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. "Beautiful hotel. Had the best view from our room. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and it was delicious. Room service was so good! Probably the best room service I have ever had. Pool was perfect temperature, and so relaxing with spa zen music playing through the speakers. Comfy bed. Only fault was the water was green when we went to fill up the bath… so we didn’t use the bath. But overall we loved it. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were super friendly. A lady that works in the bar upstairs was really rude :) .. we were next in line for the harbour view table and when we asked she said no I’m giving it to the people next to you… even though they arrived after us. That was the only fault of the whole hotel :) Hopefully she gets better customer service experience. "

"Centrally located just beside Martin Place this is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms with all the facilities. The parking offer with Wilson Parking about 3 minutes walk away was also very convenient. "
