"The beach and pool were amazing! Overall it was a clean and quiet stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and pleasant. The food was good, but not always consistent. I was unable to try the seafood restaurant because it was closed on rotation the night I went. The buffet was a bit chaotic and should be avoided if you wish to have a quiet dinner- breakfast was pleasant. The room itself was clean and big enough, however the shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was in need of cleaning or repair because the water sprayed everywhere except where it should have. Not deal breakers, but good to know"

"The customer service was amazing, I booked the Elit Club and it was the best thing ever. On day two the guests next door put out a speaker that was very loud and started putting trash in the pool. I reported the issue to the front desk, and I was changed from room and the rest of my vacation was outstanding. The Buffet was the best to me they had better food than 3 of the restaurants I visited. The Elite Bar and the Elite Pool were outstanding. Everyone in the facility was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. They work so hard to make sure everything is clean and well presented. The local store on the facility was great also and had everything one would need or forgot to bring."

"This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding with the check in survey that was at Expedia not at you sir. Thank you for surprising my wife and I with the room being decorated while we were out and the dinner by the beach. Luis was on it and deserves all the love and awards at that place. Thank you Julio for your help as well. Bad:Travel club being rude and liars, parts of resort closed off to different tiers. Food wasnt good, drinks watered down. Adult pool taken away from everyone, was looking forward to that. we decided on day 5 we won’t be back due to how the travel club just doesn’t take no for an answer. 90 minutes turned into 3 hours apparently “can’t afford that” doesn’t click. Also beforehand we were told even if we don’t want it “we’ll still be friends”” that’s a lie cause afterwards I had to force them to shake my hands and they had attitudes. I don’t like how the future looks with this subscription service that the resort is going with. Thank you everyone who helped and were nice but all of the bad outweighed the good. Get rid of travel club they’re bad for your business. "
