"Roaches, homeless addicts very active, all over the parking lot making a LOT of noise ALL night, holes in dingy towels, cigarette buns on dirty bedspread, cigarette burns on chipped tub. Staff doing their best. Pictures on Expedia not same as room."

"The property was old & did not look like the pictures. The floor & bathtub were stained & there was no carpet or rugs. I tried to cancel my reservation because I had a death in the family, but Expedia would not recognize my itinerary number When I called their number I was on hold for over an hour & they never picked up. I will NEVER book with Expedia again."
