"Overall, it looks just like it's pictures. I was a bit surprised that the pool wasn't heated, so wasn't able to swim with it being so cold. The restaurant menu could be expanded. Wasn't really impressed with the food, especially for the cost. "

"We were charged an additional fee of f $11 per room, we had two rooms, because we used a third party to book, Expedia. There was no representation of this fee upon booking. Arriving at 9pm it left no choice but to pay. The fee felt as though it was a fleecing."

"The room was a spacious and clean suite, with clean white linens and a cute kitchenette. It was very restful, I love that it was away from the main road, near a golf course and a fun hiking trail. I was happy to enjoy a walk with our dog along the trail. The breakfast 😋 was filling. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, baked goods, oatmeal and cereals. Fresh coffee and tea options. I will be returning here for sure on our way back from our road trip. I appreciate that it was not stuck in a big hotel lot like I saw some of the other hotels. Great feel and I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend, I don’t understand the negative reviews. Glad I ignored them and booked! Hope this helps other travelers! "

"There are hotels in Flagstaff by this same name, and Expedia does a lousy job of explaining the difference. We wound up booking the wrong one and spent 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Neither Expedia nor the hotel manager would take responsibility and make it right. Then to add insult to injury, they checked another guest into the same room. Fortunately we were in the room when they came walking in. Poor and unprofessional staff and management. Avoid this place and never expect Expedia to make something right."
