"The front desk lady when we checked in was extremely hard to understand, she mumbled everything, and then got mad at us and called security on my husband when we asked her to repeat herself. It was harrassing. Other than our horrible check in experience, the rest of our stay was great. Very clean. Comfortable rooms, quiet."

"There was a wire hanging out of one of the AC units laying on the floor. My wife tripped on it and almost fell. Very poor maint. "

"Was welcome to buy a very nice employee, I saw her often during the week I was there and she was always greeting and friendly I had a good experience also with another gentleman when I locked myself out of my room. Exception employees, except for the nighttime one which you could not see because I found he was stretched out on a couch on his phone more than one night. I thought it was a registered guest until he started speaking to a guest who walked up to pay for a pop. Shocked. think there’d be cameras in the company would not find this appropriate. considering you can tell this company takes pride in their hotel. Other than that, it is a hotel that you do not hear a lot of road noise. Comfy beds and large rooms. The location is excellent and the warm breakfast was much appreciated every morning. It kept it fully stocked, unlike many other hotels who stop filling 30 minutes or so before the end of the meal. Definitely made a note that I will stay here again next time when I come through again."
