"First time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. We didn't know what to expect but they exceeded our expectations. The only issue was related to parking. We paid for more than enough time, but still received a violation warning sticker. To the hotel's credit they did resolve the issue when brought to their attention but it seems like they're still working out the kinks as it relates to parking. "

"The staff at front desk was amazing I wrote their names down but cant find it i think Oscar and Jon. They gave me the wrong room and didnt have any i booked avail. After a littlw while they ended up accommodating me and my guest (girls trip) w an amazing suite when I tell you this was the ultimate upgrade !! The suite is not evem listed in the regular online booking suites. We had the best time. The bell staff was also very helpful !! "
