Reception staff was exceptional, when I checked in for a day-use room, the first room had a completely deconstructed toilet and the second room that they gave me was missing a faucet handle so I couldn’t use the sink. The hotel is otherwise great but they need to get better at finishing the renovations or fixing stuff up
