"The location and staff, including housekeeping were the best parts of the stay. The Housekeeping employee replaced bed sheets and towels after I noticed some stains. So while that wasn’t great, the staff responded in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. And they were great all around. The room was as expected for the most part. I think some more attention can be placed on cleanliness as I could see dust on walls and door edges, and a few hair strands in the bathroom. Overall, I’d stay here again."

"The room was ok. I thought we were getting queen beds. Two doubles that were the size of twins. The shower glass door was not connected to the ceiling. The toiletries were nice. We were placed total opposite of the entrance. I SURE the place was not full. The place had a smell to it, maybe bc the water pools in the middle. No garbage cans at entrance. The place looks like it fell out of the 70’s. It needs a complete rehab. Couldn’t believe it’s a Hilton. We were also told over phone airport bus goes every half hour on the hour. We were told we had to call so they made sure someone was there. The bus had stains on all the seats and I’m pretty sure the radio was ripped out of the console and hanging. The driver was very nice and helpful."

"This place was filthy with Grime on the ground the hallways, elevators, amenity rooms, and even the units were filthy. The neighbors are smoking Fentanyl and the whole building smells horrible. I only managed to stay two nights and I had to find a different hotel."
