"Minn Kitahiroshima Station East is a true hidden gem. I’m so glad I discovered it. The facilities are amazing and fully equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. I would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"Great communication and love the property’s facility, cleanliness. And the fact that it provides free parking is a great bonus. Would stay there again in the future. "

"We were very pleased with staying here. The unit seems to be quite new condition and well kept. It was very convenient for our purpose. We will certainly stay here again on future visits. "

"Incredible hotel in the heart of Sapporo city.
Hotel was beautiful, clean, modern, quiet and had USB-C ports straight from the wall.
The Hotel ammenities are amazing, with washing machines, alcohol vending machines and an Onsen with a cold plunge, showers and a Sauna.
If we ever find ourselves in Sapporo again, this will definitely be our hotel."

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"We didn’t get the check in instructions 24 hours ahead as indicated. Also nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. This made for a terrible check in. However, once we got in, the place was clean and comfortable for our party if 5. I’d stay again, but will know to ask for the check in instructions well before. "

"The warmth, charm, and professionalism of the young woman who checked me in upon my early arrival, and checked me out at my departure, will not be forgotten. There was nothing not to like during my stay."
"Great location. Parking not so great. Public parking is a short walk but is expensive if you park more than the allotted overnight time.
The room was nice but the bathroom was cheap and sterile. There are 2 washer/dryers in case you need to do laundry."
"Very new hotel and facilities.
Short walk from Sapporo train station in summer, though winter times may be a little far.
If you need to eat breakfast at hotel you need to book in advance."
"Great place to stay if you’re exploring Sapporo. Note, if you’re driving, the car park is behind the hotel, not the side. Entrance to the mechanised car park is near the lobby toilet."
"I stayed in a room with a queen bed. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only drawback was that there was no space to put clothes except for a few hangers along the wall. I used the small table in the room to lay out my suitcase - not a problem as I was traveling solo. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, the helpful staff, and the location within a five minute walk from the subway station."
"Although the hotel is not at downtown Sapporo, it's only 15 minutes walk away. There is also shuttle to and from the downtown area daily. Sauna facility is awesome to relax for the night. Lounge is available for coffee and tea all day long. Overall great experience"
