Very good location; especially for why it was selected as close to Odori Park for Snow festival and Susukino for ice sculptures during the visit to Sapporo. The staff were always helpful and kind. Room is smaller than anticipated but still comfortable and the room I received had washer and dryer was very handy. Overall good stay and enjoyable.
