"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was a major concern from the start. The bathroom did not appear properly cleaned; the toilet had rust stains, and the bathtub also looked stained to the point that I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. The ice bucket in the room was also visibly dirty and stained.
There were several inconveniences during our stay as well. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go to another floor just to get ice. The hotel only had one washing machine and one dryer available for all guests, and both required quarters. Unfortunately, there was no coin changer on-site, and the front desk simply suggested going to a laundromat down the street. I ended up doing just that to get quarters, only to later find out from another guest that the dryer was not working either. There was no out-of-order sign posted, which resulted in me having a full load of wet clothes with no way to dry them. I ended up hanging clothes around the room and even using a hair dryer to dry some items.
As a woman traveling with my family, I did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel again at 9 PM to find another laundromat, especially in an unfamiliar area with road construction and difficult driving conditions. This added unnecessary stress to what should have been a relaxing stay.
Additionally, the pool area did not have enough clean towels available, which was another inconvenience."
