"Room was spacious to my surprise. Price was very affordable. Room had a few run down issues like ceilings and snatched out sockets however the room was clean spacious bed comfortable and no bugs so thats still a win. Only thing i didnt like that hitel doesn't give options for late check out because anything cam come up so they will charge from security deposit otherwise no major issues. Check in was simple and i appreciate being able to.pay cash for deposit. Staff was approachable and professional. "

"Felt catfished by the photos- which sucks because we do research to choose an ideal place to stay & in this case it felt random. The photos didn’t match the room. Theres no partition to divide up the room. There isnt even room to add one in my opinion. The room was basically a standard 2-bed room with a pull out couch awkwardly squeezed in. Felt very small for 5 adults. It’s an old hotel & I’ll give them credit that they are renovating/making improvements. The carpet & decorating was new. But it isn’t the new spacious bright hotel in the photos. "

"This property is very old, unkept and filthy. Only 1 elevator which is dirty. Hallways stink Rooms and linen look unclean and dirty. Bathroom n tub you will never be able to use by the looks. We had breakfast included but couldn’t muster the courage to eat. Ate out every day every meal. Shame on Radisson for loaning their name not keeping up with the standard. Very misleading "

"Honestly, the room wasn’t the cleanest and I’ve travelled a lot in my day. The front desk was very dismissive and it didn’t seem to care about getting us clean sheets, and towels. To top it off to charge me an extra $90 US and won’t tell me why. I’ve tried to call and I’ve tried to try and see what their reasoning was, but they won’t tell me and I was never made aware of any extra fees and it’s not anywhere on there. Property information. Honestly, I probably would never go back. I would say you get what you pay for but it’s an outrageous price for how the property is maintained and how the staff treats you"
