"Was a good stay. It’s a 30 minute walk into city center and has great cafes in walking distance. There isn’t a restaurant at the location, but again a good choice of cafes near."

"Enjoyed our stay in this guest house. The area is a bit out of downtown but is walkable, and has a good selection of local restaurants and pubs to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however the road outside was a little noisy at night. Otherwise, a great stay for the price compared to everywhere else. The owner was very friendly when he checked us in. Thank you! "

"This is a cute property with excellent staff. The price is very reasonable for being in the downtown area of the city. For being on a busy road right by the bus station, it wa surprisingly quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining options and within walking distance to Edinburgh castle. 10/10 I would gladly stay there again. "
