"Parking was tight but always available, which was important to us. The hotel is right in the heart of Grassmarket, which is convenient, but also noisy and busy. The biggest issue wasn't the amenities, but the heat...probably not an issue most of the year, but certainly in this hot July. Only one of our windows opened (about 4 inches). The hotel staff tried to help with a fan and water cooler, however."

"The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had helpful staff. The wait time for food was excessive at dinner time. Over an hour for a burger and chips is ludicrous. The signage from the airport terminal to the hotel disappears once away from the terminal building and although it's a circle and you find the hotel eventually, other hotels are signposted for those unfamiliar with the area."

"Fantastic location with a good breakfast. The room was clean but a little basic which is understandable with so many rooms and a high turnaround. The bathroom felt like a construction portaloo which was a little odd for a hotel and was more hostel vibes. Air conditioning worked well."

"Excellent hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and I recommend to make it included in the stay. The only thing that I have a bit of issue is the shower has only have half glass and doesn't have door to close, it cause flooding while taking shower. Sink it very high and not good for short people. these are small issues considering everything else was great."
