We got lucky and found a street parking spot right in front of the property. Once we arrived there was no one there and we couldn’t find our room. We had to call the emergency number and after about 10 minutes on the call with them, we found it. It would be nice if they put clear markers for all rooms. We were facing to road and an ally so we opened our windows to let the cool breeze in. The room was perfect! Also, there is an Indian restaurant near by that I would highly recommended!!!

You get what you pay for. The location is basically the only positive thing I can say about my stay at this place. Mold in the bathroom and shower head, wifi was constantly disconnecting, cleanliness was poor, bed was uncomfortable. The location is near multiple transit routes and walkable to many restaurants. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I meet one of the staff that was really helpful when I need to login, she also was really helpful as there was the need of change my bed. She stay longer of her usual working time to do that( I don’t remember her name but I really appreciate the fact that she stay longer and change my bed). I was really disappointed on the condition of the room that was cold, dirty with dust and there was some slashing on the walls. The toilet was not clean properly there was some hair on the floor. The bed and towel were dirty with black hair, and it looked the bed has not been changed. The WI-FI was not working, tried to contact the support number but a part from them tell me to trying with forgetting option on my device notting has been resolved . Also TV was not working, it look like there was not connection to the aerial. On my second day they did not made the bed, they just removed the rubbish bag in the room and they left the dirty bag in the toilet. I was expect a bit more from a place that say hotel, my experience was not good I will not book again if I visit again.

We had a great difficulty in getting in. We were 6 people with kids and when we moved all our luggage we found out that heating is not working along with hot water. Up on contacting support we have been asked to pick up a radiator from unmanned reception but it was broken. We were then offered a different room with only 5 beds. Next day we have been asked move back to our previous room. This was such a mess. Properly itself is not maintaind with common toilets being blocked with lot of broken furnitures in common areas.

The room was so small you could not walk around the bed. The bathroom stank of mold and the toilet would not even flush toilet paper. I messaged the management but got no reply. Worst place I have ever stayed in.

Basic and adequate, but with horrible flaws.
Overall this a good, cheap hotel if you don't mind things being a bit basic. Check in was a bit fiddly, through a front door and lock box with two different codes. Lots of steps. Information about the parking was a bit sparse so we rang the hotel, we talked to a person who didn't speak English well and didn't understand what we were asking, but eventually told us we could stay parked for free, information we would have liked in the listing. Carpark used by junkies, mind the needles. Our room had no toilet paper; spare items are apparently kept on a table in the main hotel but we didn't find these until we left. The room otherwise had everything we needed, shower head was leaky, soap dispenser fell off the wall, finish in bathroom was grotty. Unfinished electrical wires were draped around the walls. Worst, however, was the exit light, right over the bed, which lit the room up like daylight making sleep extremely difficult. Quite unecessary and very unpleasant.

Booked this hotel as had limited choice for weekend unless I wanted to pay stupid money. After reading the reviews I have to say I was quite worried. Parked the car in the carpark behind but then had to walk round the road to get in (not ideal with cases) as no back entrance unless leaving. Room was tired and our headboard was loose on the bed and my daughter looked behind it and so much dirt and rubbish! It was ok but really felt like in a hostel. When checking out couldn’t get the code to work for the key drop off, phoned customer service who wasn’t that helpful so ending up leaving key on a table. If no affordable choices the it would be ok but last resort. Given the location it really could be a great boutique hotel.

The mattresses were filthy, stained, full of hair and springs poping out, the bedding was not changed and carpet not hoovered, also, no wifi was available for more than 16 hours.

Room was not cleaned even when please clean this room sign was left out. Cups were dirty and not enough towels or bedding were provided. When I called for assistance, I was told to raise a complaint the following day and to look in the foyer to see if there was any spare linen.

Timeline when we arrived: Parking was sketchy. Entrance and lobby , what lobby? Heading to our room which was the basement that looks like it’s still under construction. Room- everything about our room was horrible! I requested to be moved. Family was moved and “upgraded from basement room to outside room😳 Later to Find out our new upgraded room has a smell and visible signs of mold and non functioning shower. We booked it for 4 days, we checked out the following morning . Do not come here! Totally not worth it! Run away, FAST!

When I checked in the door to my room was open, ajar, so I was worried about security. I did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room. There was no toilet paper so I needed to find a shop nearby to buy toilet paper at 8:30pm. There is no window in the room only a small skylight. The walls are very thin and I could hear other guests very clearly late at night. I will look for alternative accommodation on my next visit.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! NO HOT WATER!!
This property didn't have ANY running hot water, no working heater in the room, and their management was unwilling to provide any compensation to us for the nights we were expected to take ice cold showers while it was 6° C/42° F outdoors. We booked a stay 10/13-10/17. We discovered on our first day that there was no running hot water. We contacted the hotel immediately that evening to no avail. I messaged the property through hotels.com the next morning. They replied to say that they would have someone come by in minutes, but didn’t hear from them until I messaged again at the end of the day, to find out that apparently their boiler was broken and that they wouldn't get the PARTS until Monday or Tuesday. When we got home, I messaged hotels.com. The hotel was only willing to compensate are the nights of 10/15-10/16, under the condition that we check out on the morning of 10/15. Hotels.com still pushed for us to receive a full refund because we shouldn't be expected to pay for two nights where we were unable to shower or sit comfortably in a temperature controlled room. They did not refund us. My family and I decided it was worth losing money to book a last minute stay at an exponentially more expensive hotel. I BEG of you to consider spending money somewhere that will, not only provide you with the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, but will also provide you with courteous, understanding, and empathetic management, that have the desire to do the right thing.

We stayed there on 6-8 Sept. We had one room in the annex, and one in the main building on first floor. In annex, there was a skylight in room directly above the bed and the mechanism was broken, so hard to open or close, but impossible to latch. It's critical to get air, but a problem if it rained. Even with provided pole, quite hard to reach. We ran out of toilet paper, but not enough available. Overall, we were very disappointed in the facility, so would not recommend it or stay there again. There was no on-site staff, so difficult to resolve issues. Secure key box operation worked adequately. It was the worst place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Scotland.

Avoid at all costs
No reception staff, the only communication with staff was through a phone at the entrance. We asked if we could leave our luggage as we explore the city on the day of our arrival and they told us to leave them in the corridor (in full view of the open front door) Damp smell throughout. No shower screen in bathroom. No hot water, we had cold showers everyday. The heating was on in our room throughout the day and we couldn’t turn it off. Soap dispenser in bathroom broken. Mould in bathroom. Decor was dated but it smelt of damp and ciggerettes throughout. Only positive was clean bedding and close proximity of the tram into the city.

Easy access to building. Hotel and room was clean. Mattresses were very uncomfortable on beds (old and need replacing) and shower needed a deep clean as lots of mould inc on shower head. Toilet also filled all night. But for the price we paid, it was good enough for 1 night.

stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, was an incredible experience, i felt really safe and transport into the city centre was relatively simple as there's a bus stop just down the street. didn't see much from the staff, but cleaners came round regularly. only issue was that one of the mugs provided was dirty from the last time it had been used, but that wasn't an issue as I didn't need to use either of the mugs. received an email from the hotel manager a day into my stay asking if everything was okay and asked how the stay was, so that was really lovely. would definitely recommend this hotel as its not far out the city centre and it's in a very safe location.

Overall decent
Needed somewhere to stay for a night out, it did the job. Had no hassle with getting the keys and things it was all self service. Free wifi and parking was a good bonus also.
