This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. "The property is brand new so some listed amenities like laundry weren’t installed yet. Having a kitchen and 3 grocery stores near by, transportation to downtown and a bike rental station nearby was great. We rode the bikes every day through the English Garden into the city. It was a quick, easy inexpensive way to get around. Rooms were on the warm side and I couldn’t find a source of air so open window a lot but not child safe. "

"Very very nice hotel near to public transportation tram and U bahn(direct line to Octoberfest which was very nice) Took us about 1.5 hours to get to airport on public transportaion from this location. Good restaurants and supermarkets in the area and very quiet for sleeping, even tho it is on a very busy road. Loved the tech and sustainability factors. "

"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...
