The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Josefina at reception, who was attentive and genuinely friendly. "Das Hotel überzeugt in mehreren Punkten: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal für Stadtentdeckungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das echte Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit und die B Corp Zertifizierung – man merkt, dass hinter dem Konzept eine ehrliche Überzeugung steckt. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsflächen waren tadellos sauber und gepflegt. Der entscheidende Kritikpunkt Leider wiegt ein wesentlicher Mangel schwerer als all diese Vorzüge: die Zimmergrösse steht in keinem vertretbaren Verhältnis zum Preis. Bei über 200 EUR pro Nacht war ich schlicht nicht darauf vorbereitet, wie beengt der Raum tatsächlich ist – das war ein echter Schockmoment beim Betreten des Zimmers. In dieser Preiskategorie darf man zu Recht ein Mindestmass an Komfort und Bewegungsfreiheit erwarten."
