"The service was very professional and polite. The hotel has an excellent location if the Laguito neighborhood is what you are looking for. We were meeting with friends staying across the street at the Hilton but didn't want to spend $400 per night. The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. The air conditioner in the room worked but it was rather noisy, like the fan bearings needed replaced. There is a mini bar, but around the corner there is a carry out. "The hotel was very well-equipped, and the staff were very kind and respectful. The housekeeping staff were very professional; they left the room clean every day and were extremely attentive to the guests' needs. The only thing I would have liked to improve was the hotel's facade; painting the outside would have made it look better."
